Completing an order requires some sharing to happen behind the scenes. Here's who sees what:

| Legal & safety | Disclosed if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where we believe it's necessary to protect the safety of a person or animal. |
| Business transfers | In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy. |
We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's described above.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and favorited puppies, and understand aggregate site usage through analytics tools.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. FancyToyPoodles is intended for adults purchasing a puppy. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and accounts and purchases should only be made by adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, such as encryption in transit and access controls limiting who on our team can view personal data. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update — for significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know directly, for example by email or a notice on the site.
